Our goal is to ensure your sneakers fit perfectly and match your style, making the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, which ensures your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original GREATS box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund or ship your new exchange pair immediately.
